This is the first time Dandelion Project and us cooperate for a service trip. Both of us are dedicated to narrowing the education gap for developing areas, so we believe that we can make a bigger impact if we join hands on this project. No matter you are members who participated any HeartFire service trip or Dandelion Project trip before, or you are new comers who are passionate to improve education in developing areas, you are more than welcome to join us as long as you have PASSION.
“Dandelion Project” is a registered charity in Hong Kong. It was founded by a group of local students in early 2013, who possess the common concern on education issues in rural areas of China. Through voluntary teaching trips, family visits and other various activities, we hope to provide a chance for Chinese students to approach knowledge beyond the classroom, and also let Hong Kong post-secondary school students to experience the culture and happiness of Chinese villagers.
